Medical Alert Services
NVNA Works represents Philips Lifeline Medical Alert System. The Lifeline system provides 24-hour personal response with two-way voice communication.
The system works through the client’s existing telephone line with communication activated by pushing a personal help button affixed to a bracelet or pendant worn by the client. Connected within seconds to a live personal response associate, the client can communicate his/her need while the associate accesses the client’s record. Depending on the client’s needs and situation, the associate contacts a neighbor, loved one or emergency personnel and reassures the client that assistance is en route.
Many clients also use the Lifeline system to record medication and appointment reminders to help them stay on schedule.
